it off - It will keep some length of time and is good in most savory things - Grape Jelly One ounce of Isinglass boiled in a quart of Water Strain it and then put to it the juice of three Seville Oranges and three lemons the rind of the oranges grated and 10 ounces of Sugar stir it till nearly cold then Strain it again and put it in moulds or glasses - but if in moulds you must add a little more Isinglass - China oranges will do To [rapout?] a Loin of Mutton Skin your mutton and bone it, put forcemeat between it and roll it
