To Boil Rice for Curry - Wash and strain the rice put in a little salt boil it about twenty minutes in a large quantity of water, when [illegible], drain it and put the rice in a Shallow end of a Sieve set it before the fire till it separates and dries Serve it up without sauce of any kind
