[Scotch?] Pudding [illegible] Take a pot of [red or black currant ?] jelly or any other you like&melt in a sauce-pan over the [fire?] [illegible]. Take some [crumb?]of bread & grate it [illegible] the crumb thro' a [wire?] sieve. When the jelly is [illegible] squeeze the juice of 2 lemons into it, [thereupon?] [illegible] over the bread-crumbs. When mixed put the whole into any sort of mold [illegible] & set [illegible] ice to cool. before serving turn into a glass dish& put whipped cream [illegible] [top?] [illegible] [currants] - [illegible] Make a [illegible] & add [illegible] [over?] the [illegible] but whipped cream & serve cold with a few [stewed?] [berries] [illegible] glass dish.
