Breakfast Loaf - Three pints of flour - Two eggs - one tablespoon full of Lard and one of butter - one teaspoon of Soda - wet up with Milk - if you have it - if not with water - beat the eggs very light - add a cake of or yeast - a little Salt - make it the consistency of pound cake and bake
