24 of apples also the skin of the lemons which must be taken out when it tastes enough of them The apples must be baked till all the pulp is dissolved and quite [clear?] then put it into Shapes like Blamange it will keep for years - Raspberry Syrup - Put the raspberrys into a jar. Fill it up with vinegar and let it stand [Two?] days. squeeze it thoro a cloth and to every English pint give a pound of sugar - Boil and Cool it and then Bottle it - a Tea-cupful put into Jelly is cheap good and beautiful -
