26 [Rice?] Cheese Cake - Miss Scott [illegible] The yolks of 8 eggs whipd with half a pound of Sugar - half a pound rough ground rice a few bitter almonds and Lemon grating to your taste - and half a pound of oiled [illegible] to be put in when the other articles are sufficiently beat together. Then put it in the [partie?] pans and send them to the Oven which should be Cool - [Illegible] Loaf A Dozen of Eggs (yolks and whites) a pound of Sugar to be whipt 20 minutes together then add three quarters of a pound of flour and a little Lemon grating and send it to the oven - NB this this should make about 2 [loafs?] 1/2 - Rice Cake Six Eggs - missing out two of the whites 3 quarters of a pound of Sugar, to be whipt 20 minutes - then add 9 ounces rough ground rice and 3 ounces of Flour Lemon grating to your taste -
