31 Currie powder - good by Mrs Carnegie 4 Ounces of Turmeric 2 ditto of Coriander 1 of Ginger 2 of Black pepper Cayenne a quarter ounce To make nassan Pudding A quarter pound of Butter - ditto of Sugar 6 Eggs keeping out 3 of the whites a Spoonful of marmalade - put all on the fire together stirring it constantly one way till it is thoroughly mixed and thickened then put it in a dish lined with paste and Bake it in the Oven - The Eggs must not be beat as in ordinary puddings -
