Dressing for Salad - from Mrs [Lyon?] [Campbell?]
Two large Potatoes passed thro Kitchen Sieve
Smoothness and softness to the Salad [give?] 
Of Dunham Mustard add a single Spoon 
Use not the condments that bite [too?] soon 
But [chum?] it not [illegible] Man of [Herbs?], a fault 
To add a [humble?] quantity of Salt - 
Four times the Spoon with Oil of [illegible] crown
And thrice with Vinegar procured from Town
Some flavor [needs?] it and your [Pact?] begs
The pounded yellow of two hard boiled Eggs
Let Onions [harken?] thru the Bowl 
and scarce suspects it animate the whole 
then lastly on the favor'd Compound Toss - 
one magic Spoonful of Anchovie Sauce - 
Oh great and glorious oh [Horbaces?] treat 
Would [tempt?] the dying Anchovite to eat -
