The sum received from the above quantities is about 24 equal to 528 quarts or 132 Gallons. A few gallons more must be made for allowing good measure. The flour + Oatmeal are added the second day. it is said at 1 per qt - An Iron Copper the size dependent on the quantity required. It is made by a Woman + an apittant, True Gentlemen always look in that they may taste it + see it is properly made. The woman who makes the soup is paid 16 a week + she finds her own apintant. Three bunches of Carrots are used + a pick of Onions - This is made 3 times a week.
