so refined that the filthy air can pass unquaffed through the nose. I believe this City is the most filthy in the State, Where ever one turns or walk or looks, Saloon will be found in abundances. When I am on the pavement I can tell when I pass one of these Saloons because my hands will unconsciously be lifted to my nose and it will require some time before I can become accustomed to their disgustful stench, I have not been in any yet nor do I intend to go in.
