Class Leader, some were very unconcerned about their mortal State &c, &c... I was in the M. E. Sabbath School in the forenoon, there was not a whit more pride in the dress of these white folk as there were in the colored congregation. It was fifty of these dusky "pussuns" in attendance. Now Sister, It does not feel so pleasant to the mind when away from home, no friends or no acquaintances in the least. But after a little while I will become more familiar with objects, and the place where I intend to board from tomorrow is indeed a very attractive one. The board will be $4 per week, The family is very small consisting only of the Father, Mother, and one Daughter
