March, Saturday 13. 1880. Went down town after dinner in a little sprinkle of snow. bought Grace pr. kid gloves .75 and [Germentoral?] wool 1.50 Belle Jones here to tea and to remain tomorrow with Grace. Sunday 14. Graces'es birth day. She was delighted with scrap book from Mrs. Jones. Basket from Ben. Hand kfi from Belle and gloves from me. No one went to Church. Wells, preached at Cong'l church Monday 15. Not feeling very well today May and Ben went to ride in morn. wrote to piere Played whist in Eve two games Frank and I against May & Ben won both.
