Tuesday Eve May 1877 Albert, Dont you think Nathan started off to town early this morning while I was the cellar after things. So I did not get to send my letter off I felt very bad about it I tell you. So I thought I would write a few lines more to tell the reason it was not sent the time I told it would go off. Cap. New-comer will not come over this week for he must finish his planting his corn comming next Monday. Nathan seen the young man Cambbill in Perry asked after you. [illegible] you will have seen him long ere this reaches you. [A.?] Cambell days he thinks he will go over to see you. Can see the diamonds school house from our door
