[Issie's?] Jumbles. 1 cup butter 2 " sugar 3 eggs soda as large as 2 cherry stones mixed in a little sugar. Roll out soft as possible, bake quickly. Kate Marsh's jumbles 2 cups sugar 1 " butter 1 " sour milk 1 teaspoon soda 1/2 nutmeg 1 egg. Stiff enough to roll thin.
