Well the valley looks old fashind not much improvement you mentioned in your letter a bout the old grave yard last summer I was there one day & cleaned up all our friends graves all in nice condition the grave yard is a bout full & Miller wont give more land nor wont sell it at no price so I supose the peopal will have to get a new semitery some place in the valley Bettsy Hess still lives in Meechancsbury Same old Chrstian as she allways was Old Peter Rosen owns the property where you youst to live he baught it some time a gow the Evengelicas had a protracted meeting this winter lasted 4 weeks & had a good meeting Some joined the Church John Brinks died in December 1895 Simon Luby is living & traveling a round he look old & feble Old Mrs Jacob Ovendoff is living & is 86 years old She youst to be Mrs Dan Rhisinger Old Step Mother is still living, she stays with hir Daughter at Johnstown
