of mine living about nine miles from here, therefore I did not receive it as soon as I would, has I been at home. I was gone six weeks, had a delightful visit, the sleighing was excellent all the time, and we made very good use of it I forgot to say they live in the country, and I always enjoy my self so well there, the people are all so sociable. I came home last Wednesday. I suppose Ellie that Milton has told you, we were favored with a visit from our Uncle and Aunt in Phila, they came up on Christmas morning, quite a surprise to us all, we were not looking for them, but it was quite a pleasant surprise, we had invited a few of our friends in to take dinner with us, altogether we had a very pleasant time.
