Well Ella I got to ride on the Ocean from San Francisco to Empire City Oregon & I was not sea sick but the family came with was sick the sea was rough it shook the dishes off the table whiel I was eating my dinner & I hung to the table & let them go I was out at sea four days & nights there was sixty passengers on board all of them sick but me & was all the [illegible] on board. How is your mother's health. is she well tell that love to see her again but I don't think that I come
