May. Gallalto Eve. May 20 This week I have been C. so busy. had Keighan this su- to get all the [illegible] [for?] came a Tuesday (will whent to Ogden after him) stayed till y'sday Evening about three oclock then left for McC he is a funny old fellow in the afternoon he came here. I came down from the upstairs mother asked him if I look like eather of them. No not like eather of you for she is prettier then eather one of you. She whent out to survey but it was a very heavy gust; came home late in the morning. [illegible] & [illegible] came again to carrie the chain. came home about six oclock Mc was along all the time. Milton whent down after him & his ponies foot caught the bridge & threw him down got his foot in the stirup/shud have said check same. Pete's was over about ten oclock whent up to see them. the last day Friday and it was only taken them till about nine oclock this day before he was over but whent off about nine Oclocks it starten to rain about seven oclock rain.
