Friday 26th I spent evening with Linn & she has come to stay all night with me. May has gone to a little dance at Mrs. M. Beaches. I was invited but did not go. Saturday 27. Linn & I went skating a little while after dinner. Such work as we made of it! Lillie Baker did not come & see me as she promised. Ella Knowlton is going to spend the night with May. We all went to hear Kil Patricks lecture on "What the Irish did in the late War." It was interesting, funny, & very patriotic. I like that last. Sunday 28 Went to church & sunday - school. Monday Fearfully cold. I did not go to
