Sunday 24th. Mamma did not think it best for me to do much today, & so I only went to Sunday School. Allie came over to get a book & finding me alone she stopped a while. I love to talk with Allie, on almost all subjects. I saw Linn a few minutes after Sunday School & stayed with her while the rest of her family were at church. Dear Linn! Monday 25th. German & work as usual. After German lesson I went with Edith Lane to see Miss James about taking drawing lessons. She can not teach Edie - water colors, but is going to give me lessons. I'm to go up tomorrow & see her -
