thin as possible & save the Bits you cut out of the Top; fill them with the Meat boiling hot & put on the Bits you cut off the Top & send them to Table [illegible] Dauphin Bread. Take half a Pint of Milk, Cinnamon, Lemon Peel, & Sugar; boil it up all together; then stir the Flour into it over the Fire till it is of a proper consistency; then take about 4 Eggs (the yolks only) & beat them into the Paste one at a time; it must be rolled while warm & egg'd over before it goes to the oven -
