Another Apple Pudding. Coddle twelve large Pipins; do not crack them; when soft peel & core them & rub them through as Cullendar; put to them three Spoonfuls of orange Flower or Rose Water; ten Eggs well beat & strain'd; leave out two whites; half a Pound of good Butter make it sweet; the Apples require it; you may add preserved Lemon or Citron Peel; put puff Paste in the Dish & bake it w.th care - 'tis done in half an Hour
