when it is cold pour it off & turn it into the vessel or such Cask as is fit for it; keep it a Year in the Cask; then bottle it off - It is very good Sack - To make fine Milk Punch. Take 2 Quarts of Water, 1 Quart of Milk, half a Pint of Lemon Juice; & one Quart of Brandy; sugar to your Taste; put the milk & Water together a little warm, then add the Sugar, then the Lemon Juice; stir it well together & add the Brandy; stir it again & run it thro' a Flannel Bag till it is very fine; then bottle it - It will keep long.
