An Ox Cheek, 2 Pecks of Potatoes, a Quarter of a Peck of Onions, one Oz: of Pepper, three Quarters of a lb of Salt boil'd over a Slow Fire in 90 Pints of Water till reduced to 60. NB. Half the above Quantity may be made at a time.
