Ratifies. 1 oz of Bitter almonds, 1/2 oz of Sweet almonds, 6 oz powdered loaf sugar, 1 White of egg and a little flour. M. A Crickmers receipt *. Plumb Pudding. Chop 12 oz of Beef suet very fine 1/2 lb suet 12 oz of raisins 12 oz Currants. 1/2 lb Plums 1/2 lb of Flour 2 eggs 3/4 lb Currants 1/2 lb of bread crumbs 3 oz Peel 1/4 lb Flour 1 tea-spoonful of salt 1/2 spice 1/4 lb Bread C 6 oz of moist sugar salt 1/2 Teaspoon 3 oz sugar 1 Table spoonful of spice, cloves, ginger, nutmeg mix them all well together with 4 eggs and half a pint of new milk.
