Italian Meat. Fry fresh fat pork & fine cut (peppered & salted) onions till done then add a large piece of stewing beef & cook till about don. Rub ripe tomatoes through a siev & pour over the meat & simmer slowly When nearly done cook macaroni in boiling salted water & grate cheese. Put macaroni in basin add first a spoonful of sauce then of cheese
