dissolved stand away to cool. Add remaining sugar to berries, also lemon juice, mash and stand aside one hour then strain through fine muslin. Add cream to mixture and freeze. When frozen stir in fruit juice, mix thoroughly, and pack. Vanilla Ice Cream 3 cups sugar 3 pts milk 1 pt. cream 5 eggs Vanilla Pinch of salt.
