Beet polish for furniture Spirits of wine 2 1/2 parts Raw Linseed oil 1 - Beet Vinegar 5 - Put in a bottle and cork well, Shake well before useing - Furniture Paste Take 4 oz Spirits of turpentine 2 oz [illegible] 1/2 oz good soap, put the ingredients into a jar, and place in saucepan of cold water, let the water boil till the mixture becomes like thick cream, stir it occasionly, Be sure to keep it closely corked up when not useing Damp a cloth a little before putting on the paste -
