[Noah] Cummings has been quite dangerously sick with the Colic, and under the Dr. care for several days. Tom Clark one week ago today was what they call very sick and not able to sit up. Aunt called Dr. Kelly in and he said if he did not take care of himself he would have the Typhiod Fever, quite a number were speaking about how sick Tom was but Wednesday afternoon he rode out with the widows, and his Fever has abated [by]
