Plymouth March 24. Brother Charles, I write a few lines to you. I had a paper from you yester day 23. We have not been in to the Sugar place yet. I think that you may as well stay out west an have your name come out in the papers every week as to come home and not have it in at all. The Snow is almost gone so that the sleigh goes on bare ground. The fields are most bare so it looks like
