thought you would be glad that you did not go there Mrs. Little left this vicinity for Boston 2 weeks ago to day she started from B. last wednesday she offered to pay Ann (Taine's?) fare out there if she would go back with her Laura spencer was married the end of Oct. to a Mr. (Karriman?) from Stewartstown he is a cousen of Wm. Karrimans Mrs. Webster & only a few weeks acquaintance they were married at the Bakers River (Parsonage?), by the Rev.Mr. Glines I went to meeting yesterday & was in to Mrs. Merrils at noon she said they walked from there over to the Depot & went off a gigling & laughing, she said he has had one wife before Adaline went to (unreadable) week before last Mr. Durgin had commenced housekeeping previous to that with his mother for a housekeeper L.K.
