I write this now (supposing the girls will write you soon) to have it ready when they write. Maria has had a very hard cold and cough but is some better. She has not been free of cold since New Years. As to the edging I like it much: as to more if you will or can just us well make 1 yard and 28 inches it will answer my purpose and if it is narrower will do just as well. I will settle the bill sometime. I think I will have to write you a long letter before you go East next summer . If you teach through the Term I expect I shall go first. No more now only write soon and let us know, As even your Aff. Aunt B.Townsley.
