Saving...
We would like bills of the things you sent, & of my coat so we can know how much we are in debt &c. I can give one credit for the thirty dollars. have to raise $2000 or $3000 on a loan, & if I could do it, they would give me a mortgage of the Boarding House property, worth from four to five thousand dollars. The Building itself is insured for $2500. Thomas knows what it is, and real estate has advanced since he was at Geneseo, & then will be twice the building this summer. which then was last. I wish Father Thomas & You would think of the matter & write your opinion. I thought I might get $500 from Uncle [illegible] & some others for three years & make it so out easy. I do not, nor do the Trustees consider there is the shadow of a risk. Lizzie, I presume has written about our keeping house this summer.
