Jacksonville Mar 14 1863 To [illegible] Yours of the 8th enquiring about Harry and the boys was [illegible] to day. It is nearly a year since we have had a letter from Harry, he sends us papers occasionaly - the last we heard of Carry she was in San Francisco in very feeble health. John Knapp had send [illegible] 200 to bring him but she was then too feeble to stand the [voyage?] Frank [retains?] the same position A.A. G - on Gen. Craig's [stars? staff?] they are now at Omaha but expect to go out on the plains again in the summer. His health is very good, that climate was just the thing for him. - Edward is Major of the 8th Missouri Cavalry and seen a good deal of service, he makes a very efficient officer + they seem to
