afternoon. I worte a letter to E. C. McKee. Jan 13th Turned cold in the night and is raw and windy today. We are haveing easy times and nothing to do. Stoval is getting better. A member of Co. D took Small pox and was brought here today. Received a letter from Sally enclosing one from Mark McKee. All well at home. Jan 14 Snowed last night and is raining and sleeting all day. Nothing new worth recording. Stovall still mending. Wrote a letter to Sally tonight
