Revisions made August 18th 1952 Article IV Two negative votes will be sufficient to exclude a candidate for membership. Article V The club will meet once a month and on the third Monday in June - July and August - January, February and March will be vacation months due to winter weather conditions. Article VI Three members will prepare program for coming year and these names will advance alphabetically. Article IX The Roberts Rules of Parliamentary Procedure will be used by the club. By-laws - Sect I - Eliminate entirely. Sect III Number necessary for a quorum be 7
