The president appointed Mrs. Cook and Mrs. Alexander to write a Memorial Tribute for Mrs. Seaton. Current events given. Lesson in English was let by Mrs. Stovkey.
The club adjourned to meet with Mrs. Davis April 8. Our hostess then served lovely refreshments.

April 8, 1901  Cary Club met with Mrs. Davis. 15 members present. Roll call. "A favorite authors and why:" German lesson led by Mrs. Gibson. "Wife and Mother of William first by Mrs. Reynolds.
Intermission. Business.
Committee presented a ribute to Mrs. Hindman, read by Mrs. Rathbon. Motion made & carried that same be placed in the records. and a copy be sent to Dr. Hindman and family
