The Cary Club met with Mrs J J [illegible], the President being absent, Mrs Vonis presided roll call [illegible] responded to by quotations eleven members bring present minutes of last meeting read and approved. The subject of our program for the day was, "Our new [illegible]" Mrs Hutchinson and Mrs Gibson gave [illegible] [illegible] excellent [illegible] on this subject.
Current events were then given the President being absent no business Mrs Frans acted adjourned to meet with Mrs Bailey in the [meeks?]
