Sept 27th 1909 The Cary Club met at the home of Mrs Ives- and fifteen members responded to roll call by very appropriate quotations Minutes of the meeting of Sept 13th were read and approved. The date of Oct 21st was selected as a day for a "Rummage Sale" No committees were appointed, that matter being deferred to a future meeting. Mrs McKean and Mrs Cross elected as delegates to Federation meetings. for the ensuing year- and Mrs McKean ['Suffolk' written in pencil above] and Mrs Winter "Flower Committee"- A short programme [illegible] sketches from the "Ladies of The Whole House" by Mrs Cross. Mrs Bailey gave a recitation Mrs Cook read a paper on "[Buried?] Cities" Current Events were given by several- the names slipped the ear of your Secretary The president then adjourned the meeting to meet with Mrs Rathbun October 11th Mrs Cross Secy.
