220 given afterwhich club adjourned to meet in two weeks with Mrs. Cross. During social hour hostess served refreshments which were fully appreciated. Mrs. Pyle Secy pro tem Marion Iowa February 17 - 1913 Cary Club met Monday afternoon with Mrs. McKean. The president called the club to order at two thirty. Roll call was responded to with colonial incidents. Eleven members and one guest were present. Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved. A letter was read from Mrs. Mentzer thanking the Club for the flowers sent her. Names were then proposed to fill the vacancy occasioned by the resignation of Mrs. Beatty. Mrs. Griffith was appointed on the flower committee to fill Mrs. Gibsons place. Mrs. Pyles [work?] a trip to Manitou and Colorado Springs was enjoyed by all. Mrs. Ives subject Natural Bridges was also very interesting. Current events were then given after which club adjourned to meet with Mrs. Rathburn.
