27 Marion Iowa March 24/ 19 Cary Club met with Mrs Shumack at the usual hour. Club called to order by the president Mrs McKean Roll call responded to by favorite quotations. Communication was read from Ella C. Taylor chairman of fifth District inviting the Cary Club to join the State Federation. Club will consider the matter until later. It was eventually decided for each member to pay 0.50 cts at the end of club year for the third payment for our French orpleau. Program was given per calendar "Present Day Aviation" by Mrs Ives and Mrs Wilson read a very fine selection. Current events were given and club adjourned to meet in two weeks with Mrs Waffle.
