Reports  Report blanks must be filled out and forward to the District Secretary annaly by the 10th of September
Special meetings  Special meetings can be called at any time by the president at the request of three members
Special duties of Vice President  It shall be the duty of the Vice president who are member of several churches of the town to salect membership to the Union frome their one church's
Honorary Members  Gentelman may become honorary members of this organision by sinning the pledge and paying into the Tresuery the sum of one dollor $1.00 per year the same to be retained as a fund for local work
Amendments  These bylaws can be amended at any regular meeting of the Union providing said amendment is in harmeny with the constitution.
