4 Reports. Reports blanks must be filled out and forwarded to the District Secretary annually by the 10th of September. Special Meetings. Special meetings can be called at any time by the President at the request of three members. Special Duties of Vice-Presidents. It shall be the duty of the Vice Presidents who are members from several churches of the town, to solicit memberships to the Union from their own churches. Honorary Members. Gentlemen may become honorary members of this organization by signing the pledge and paying into the Treasury the sum of $1.00 per year, the same to be retained as a fund for local work. Amendments. These By-laws can be amended at any regular meeting of the Union provided said amendment is in harmony with the Constitution.
