Grinnell(?) W.T.C.U. met in the Cong. Church on July 16 1918. Meeting opened by singing "My Country tis of Thee". Devotional(?) led by Miss Bailey she read the 97 Ps. and spoke of the clouds and darkness followed by an earnest prayer. Minutes of last meeting read and approved. Mrs Kearney(?) reported that Mrs Watland(?) had recured the Methodist as the place to hold our County Convention. President appointed Mrs Kearney(?) to decorate the church. The following committes were appointed progammes.
