I am happily clear of being his bail I shall never be in another such a scrape if I can help it - Our court of Com. pleas will continue to (?) this week but I got through with most of my business. I had two cases which occupied the court nine days so one the Jury did not agree & in the other I got a verdict - a case I saw in the Sup. court has just been determined in my favor, it was briefly this, Magadom had an execution against urn I levied on a horse, when hard up the ex to the (?) and went the same day I demanded it of Hagadone who would not give it up as he did not know as the ex. was paid. The (?) was in town for the horse. I plead to it setting forth the proceedings before the Justice the Judge execution & levy. So to that he
