an I think a good deal of trouble if I can thus obtain judgt without having a trial at the court for I should have to go to Erie. Go after witnesses I purchased a few books at Albany such as I thought I wanted and could not well do without as I have no English Report. I bot Harrison's Index 1835 which at present I think a very valuable work & got the 12th of Wendell & Session Laws & told Gould to send them to you which he promised he would. I have nothing new or interesting to write for I have not been back long enough to get regulated as yet. I thought you would be glad to hear I had arrived safe. Remember me to William Rufus & others. Yours Affectionately Henry Eno Stephen Eno
