State of Iowa Clinton County Circuit Court for the County of Clinton Mary F. Limbeck Henry Childs To Chase & Munro & Smith attys for [illegible] please take notice that on the 25th day of Nov 1871 the defendant in the here entitled action will take the deposition of Catharine Childs to be used as evidence in the trial of this action on the part of the defendant said testimony will be take before A.J. [Leffingull?] at his office in the City of Lyons Clinton County Iowa [Comming?] at one oclo P.M. or as soon thereafter as Council Can be heard at which time and place you are most respectfully requested to join and Cross interogate said witness if you so desire W E [Laffengull?] AL [illegible] Attys [illegible]
