N. Corning, [illegible] Attorney at Law and U.S. Commissioner. Lyons, Clinton Co., Iowa, July 18 1872 Dr. Sister I received your letter this morning & immediately called on the Doctor he says the difficulty of breathing &[tightness?] will all pass away by the use of those quinine pills I wrote you about - they are 2 grain Quinine pills take them 2 at a dose 3 times a day - & if you cant get them get the clear quinine & take 3 grains at a dose 3 times a day, & he says that will releive the pain & assist you to expectorate
