I send you herewith our #57232 on Chicago. $52.30 proceeds Pelham note & [illegible] I have also sent to First Nat Bank of Denver Col. a draft for $50 with instructions to pay that amount to you and endorse it on our Certificate of Deposit which you hold. You can call there and get the money. Bauder has not yet left any money with us for you [illegible] Yours W.F. Coan [Prest?] [illegible]
