please tel kate that the red dress was Olivers present but when we come to see the width I am afraid that it wont be enough when they do go to town get enough and he will send the pay in aletter the Calico and and the little shoes tell olly that His [illegible] [rand?] ma sent him and that little tin cap that is in the box of sugar tell thomas and kate that calico that I got cost more than your comforter yours was eight cent and that was eight teen the cheapest that I could get if she is amind to make her a dress and take old for the comforter it will be all right the batting is not verry nice some of it was in a chair back that carpet is for Climena if she will axcept of it it is not nice but she can put it in the chamber I had to wash it and that faded it so that it makes it look bad
